General Terms
At Sethi Hospital, we are dedicated to providing ethical, transparent, and patient-centered healthcare services. To ensure a smooth and responsible experience for all our patients and visitors, please carefully read the following terms and conditions:
1. Registration and Appointment
All patients are required to register at the reception desk before receiving any medical service. Prior appointment is recommended for OPD consultations; emergency cases are prioritized without prior booking.
2. Admission Guidelines
Admission is based on medical necessity and room availability. A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory at the time of admission. For minors, a parent or legal guardian must be present during admission and treatment.
3. Billing and Payment Policy
Patients must make an advance deposit at the time of admission. All dues must be cleared before discharge unless covered by insurance or TPA. We accept payments through cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and bank transfers.
4. Insurance & TPA Services
The hospital offers cashless treatment for patients covered under the listed insurance partners and TPAs. Pre-authorization is required for all planned procedures under cashless claims. In case of claim denial or partial approval, the balance amount must be settled by the patient before discharge.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds for cancelled services or advance deposits are subject to hospital verification and processing time. Any cancellation of scheduled procedures should be informed at least 24 hours in advance.
6. Medical Records & Privacy
Patient information and records are kept confidential and shared only with authorized individuals. Requests for reports or documentation must be submitted with valid ID proof.
7. Patient Responsibilities
Patients and their companions are expected to adhere to hospital guidelines and maintain courtesy towards staff and hospital property The hospital reserves the right to discharge any individual violating conduct or safety regulations.
8. Policy Updates
All terms and conditions are subject to change. Patients are advised to check for updates periodically at the hospital reception or official notice boards.
9. Visiting Hours & Regulations
Visitors are allowed only during scheduled visiting hours, as displayed at the hospital entrance. Only one
attendant is allowed inside patient rooms unless special permission is granted by hospital authorities.
