The restrictions imposed by the Covid-19 pandemic has changed the way we used to live our lives. Sethi Hospitals offers phone consult with our specialists at a nominal fee of Rs. 500. This fee is valid for a physical consult if required within 3 days of taking the phone consult. So if you have taken the phone consult with our doctor on Monday then you can come for a physical consult with the same doctor by Wednesday and you will not have to pay the consultation fee again.
For some conditions the doctor needs to see the patient and in such cases a video consult is better than a phone consult. You can take Video Consult with our doctors on Whatsapp Video Call at a fee of Rs. 700 per consultation. Just like the phone consult, the fee paid for the video consult is also valid for a physical consult with the doctor at the hosptial OPD within the next 3 days of taking the Video Consult. For getting Video Consult you need to have Whatsapp installed on your mobile and also have a 4G data connection. You will share the name, age and whatsapp number of the patient while doing the booking for the Video Consult. Once the payment and this information is received, the hospital executive will inform you about the time of consult. At the allotted time you would receive a video call from the hospital on your whatsapp number. The time allotted for each consult is 15 minutes.
